Baked Fudge with Raspberry Sauce
Ingredients
| 2 | eggs | | 1 Cup | sugar |
| 1/4 Cup | all-purpose flour |
| 1/2 Cup | Nature¿s Basket® butter, melted |
| 1 Cup | Ghirardelli semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted with butter |
| 1 Teaspoon | Nielsen-Massey Madagascar bourbon vanilla extract |
| 1 Cup | frozen raspberries plus 1/4 cup India Tree Demerara Sugar |
| - | Whipped cream |
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. Beat eggs and sugar. Mix in flour, chocolate, butter and vanilla. Pour into an 8"x8" glass baking dish and set dish in a pan of hot water. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until crusty on top. Microwave raspberries and sugar in a glass bowl for about 45 seconds, or until hot, and stir to blend. Serve fudge in individual cups topped with whipped cream and raspberry sauce.
