Baked Fudge with Raspberry Sauce

Ingredients

2  eggs
1 Cup  sugar
1/4 Cup  all-purpose flour
1/2 Cup  Nature¿s Basket® butter, melted
1 Cup  Ghirardelli semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted with butter
1 Teaspoon  Nielsen-Massey Madagascar bourbon vanilla extract
1 Cup  frozen raspberries plus 1/4 cup India Tree Demerara Sugar

Directions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. Beat eggs and sugar. Mix in flour, chocolate, butter and vanilla. Pour into an 8"x8" glass baking dish and set dish in a pan of hot water. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until crusty on top. Microwave raspberries and sugar in a glass bowl for about 45 seconds, or until hot, and stir to blend. Serve fudge in individual cups topped with whipped cream and raspberry sauce.
