Singapore Street Food Program

  • Singapore is known for having a deep passion for food, cooking and eating. The most common way to dine out in Singapore is from street food carts and food courts. Over time these vendors have blended the cuisines of China, India, Malaysia and Thailand to create wonderful blends flavors and cooking techniques. Now you can enjoy the smells and flavors of a Singapore with no travel needed.

Tandoor Oven

  • Tandoori Lamb Kabob — lamb marinated in yogurt and mild spice and roasted in our tandoor.
  • Tandoori Paneer Kabob — fresh cheese and vegetables marinated in yogurt and mild spice roasted in our tandoor.
  • Tandoori Chicken Kabob — chicken breast marinated in yogurt and mild spice and roasted in our tandoor.
  • Tandoori Salmon Kabob — salmon marinated in yogurt and mild spice and roasted in our tandoor.
  • Lemongrass Chicken — chicken marinated in lemongrass, ginger, coconut milk, honey and kaffir lime roasted in our tandoor.
  • Tandoor entrees are served with rice, naan and riata or mango chutney.

Satay Grill

  • Peanut Chicken Satay — chicken breast skewer marinated in spicy peanut sauce and cilantro.
  • Peanut Soy Satay — soy protein skewer marinated in spicy peanut sauce and cilantro.
  • Peanut Pork Satay — pork skewer marinated in spicy peanut sauce and cilantro.
  • Peanut Beef Satay — beef marinated in spicy peanut sauce and cilantro.
  • Thai Chili Beef Satay — beef skewer marinated in sweet and spicy chili sauce.
  • Thai Chili Chicken Satay — chicken breast skewer marinated in sweet and spicy chili sauce.
  • Thai Chili Pork Satay — pork skewer marinated in sweet and spicy chili sauce.
  • Thai Chili Soy Satay — soy protein skewer marinated in sweet and spicy chili sauce.
  • Asian BBQ Shortribs — tender beef shortribs grilled with sweet and spicy sauce topped with sesame seed.
  • Satay are served with sweet and sour cucumber salad(ajad), naan, rice and peanut sauce or siracha mayo.

Wok And Curry Menu

  • Penang Coconut Chicken Curry — chicken braised in spicy red curry, coconut milk, Kaffir lime and cilantro.
  • Penang Coconut Vegetable Curry — cauliflower, potato, carrot and okra simmered in spicy red curry, coconut milk, Kaffir lime and cilantro.
  • Penang Coconut Curry Mussles — fresh mussles simmered in spicy red curry, coconut milk ,Kaffir lime and cilantro.
  • Classic Korma — chicken braised in a mild creamy curry sauce with nutmeg, clove and yogurt.
  • Vegetable Stir Fry — fresh seasonal vegetables stir fried in a wok with toasted sesame oil.
  • Wok and Curry items are served with rice.

Bread

  • Naan — unleavened white bread baked in our stone hearth oven.
  • Garlic Naan — unleavened white bread rubbed with garlic and baked in our stone hearth oven.
  • Onion Naan — unleavened white bread topped with onions and baked in our stone hearth oven.
