Crêpes

Crêpe is a type of very thin, cooked pancake made with flour. The word, like the pancake itself, is of French origin, deriving from the Latin crispa, meaning "curled." While crêpes originate from Brittany, a region in the northwest of France, their consumption is nowadays widespread. Crêpes are served with a variety of fillings, from the most simple with only powdered sugar to flambéed Crêpes Suzette or elaborate savory fillings. We offer traditional standards as well as daily specials chosen by our Executive Chef and special varieties such as Fresh Salmon, Baby Spinach and Brie, Crimini Mushrooms, Baby Spinach and Emmental, and Sweet Fruit and Nutella® topped with Fresh Whipped Cream.
